Technique, Inc. is currently looking for a welder requiring the use of MIG/TIG welding equipment in accordance with job and customer demand, welding both stainless and carbon steel. The employee will have a developing understanding of blueprints, GD&T, and print reading, as well as the ability to complete welding assemblies to customer requirements.

Multiple shifts available:
Monday-Friday – 7:00am-3:30pm
Monday-Thursday – 3:30pm-2:00am ($1.00 per hour shift premium)
Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 5:00am-5:30pm ($2.00 per hour shift premium)
Saturday, Sunday, Monday – 5:00am-5:30pm ($2.00 per hour shift premium)
Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 5:00pm-5:30am ($15.00 per hour shift premium)
Job Responsibilities:
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
Vocational training (STEM Program, Career Center or Technical Trades Training).
1 year minimum of welding experience in an industrial setting.
Basic understanding of GD&T, print reading, hand tools, layout/inspection tools.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and apply basic weld symbols
- Able to perform 1st piece table layouts
- Basic understanding of CAD software (Solidworks)
- Understanding of GD&T and how it impacts the part
- CMM report understanding and troubleshooting from CMM reports
- Ability to weld both MIG and TIG effectively on both stainless and mild steel
- Demonstrate ability to meet the expectations of our customers with stainless steel welding and AWS required specifications on required joints
- Ability to influence and aid in the development of others around you to produce quality products
- All other duties as assigned.
