We are looking for an efficient, highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Generalist to undertake a variety of HR duties to join our team. The HR team is dedicated to understanding and meeting the needs of our employees and fostering a thriving work environment.

We are looking for an efficient, highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Generalist to undertake a variety of HR duties to join our team. The HR team is dedicated to understanding and meeting the needs of our employees and fostering a thriving work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll preparation, timekeeping and benefits administration
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including coordinating campus recruitment events
- Develop and maintain employee training programs
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and industry regulations
- Manage employee training program, safety programs and compliance requirements
- Assist with planning employee engagement activities, monitoring morale, and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Flexibility and the ability to handle various HR functions, from administrative tasks to strategic planning
- All other duties as assigned
- Associates degree in related field required, bachelor degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in human resources or related field is preferred
- Familiar with HR software and HRIS Information systems such as Paychex is desired
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
