Technique, Inc. is currently looking for a tube bender technician who would be responsible for all aspects of tube bender operation, maintenance, programming, set up, and process improvements. The technician will be responsible for tube fabrication using CNC tube bending machinery, saws, and end forming equipment. This position requires the ability to make fast and accurate decisions relating to the production process and equipment.

Available Shifts:

Multiple shifts available:
Monday-Friday – 7:00am-3:30pm
Monday-Thursday – 3:30pm-2:00am ($1.00 per hour shift premium)
Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 5:00am-5:30pm ($2.00 per hour shift premium)

Saturday, Sunday, Monday – 5:00am-5:30pm ($2.00 per hour shift premium)
Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 5:00pm-5:30am ($15.00 per hour shift premium)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of tube bending operation, maintenance, programming, set up, and process improvements.
  • Responsible for tube fabrication using CNC tube bending machinery, saws, and end forming equipment.
  • Perform advanced calibration required on laser tube cutting equipment.
  • Program parts completely from CAD.
  • Knowledge of how GD&T affects parts and the ability to plan and adjust.
