Technique Inc is currently looking for a Project/Manufacturing Manager that would be responsible for organizing, reporting on, and coordinating our many manufacturing projects until their completion, as well as help lead our manufacturing facility.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing overall plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality and shipping
- Ensure production schedule aligns with customer requirements
- Provides direction, development and leadership to managers and employees to accomplish the goals in a safe, efficient and quality manner
- Ensures compliance with all health, human resources, safety and environmental regulations, statutory and company policies and procedures
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring and training employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- All other duties assigned by management
- Bachelor degree or Vocational training (STEM Program, Career Center or Technical Trades Training)
- Supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- Two or more years of related experience
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel
