Technique, Inc. is a high-tech stamping, tubing and welding facility offering the shortest lead-times and highest quality parts in the industry. We offer high-speed prototypes, ultra-low volume stamping, tubing and assemblies for production and emergency-based manufacturing for industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical and food processing.

Technique Inc is currently looking for a Project/Manufacturing Manager that would be responsible for organizing, reporting on, and coordinating our many manufacturing projects until their completion, as well as help lead our manufacturing facility.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing overall plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality and shipping
  • Ensure production schedule aligns with customer requirements
  • Provides direction, development and leadership to managers and employees to accomplish the goals in a safe, efficient and quality manner
  • Ensures compliance with all health, human resources, safety and environmental regulations, statutory and company policies and procedures
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring and training employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • All other duties assigned by management
Required:
 
  • Bachelor degree or Vocational training (STEM Program, Career Center or Technical Trades Training)
  • Supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Two or more years of related experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel
