Technique, Inc. is a Michigan-based stamping, tubing and welding facility offering the shortest lead-times and highest quality parts in the industry. We offer high-speed prototypes, ultra-low volume stampings, tubing and assemblies for production and emergency-based manufacturing for industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical and food processing.

Available Shifts:

Several shifts are available and many offering shift premium pay.

Job Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints and complete advanced calculations required for machining parts to specifications
- Program and operate CNC press brake, TRUMPF TruBend 5170, TRUMPF TruBend 5130, TRUMPF TruBend 5085
- Responsible for numerous machining techniques including milling, drilling, reaming, grinding, sanding, etc.
- Process quality parts while meeting scrap standards
- Perform in process measurements and inspections
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machines
- Follow all safety guidelines including proper use of PPE
- Keep work area clean and organized
- All other duties as assigned

Required:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Vocational training (STEM Program, Career Center or Technical Trades Training)
- Ability to obtain forklift license
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to operate press brake or similar equipment
- Basic understanding of CAD systems
- Ability to use calipers, gages, etc.
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work in high pressure situations under deadlines
