Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in scaling our workforce and strengthening our culture. You will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire high-performing talent who elevate the organization.
Key Responsibilities
● Own full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, technical, and professional roles
● Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and success profiles
● Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach ● Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment
● Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide hiring decisions
● Prepare and extend offers in collaboration with HR and leadership
● Ensure a consistent, positive, and professional candidate experience
● Maintain accurate records and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
● Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness, and recommend improvements
● Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or Equivalent industry experience
● 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources
● Experience recruiting for manufacturing, technical, or skilled labor roles preferred
● Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
● Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
● Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technology
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
